What we expect of our participants
At SeamUp Academy, we are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and professional environment for all players, coaches, and supporters. Our coaching philosophy is built on integrity, sportsmanship, and continuous development. We expect all coaches to adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards in their interactions with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches. To ensure alignment with national best practices, we follow the guidelines set by Sport New Zealand’s Coaches' code of ethics.
Coaches are encouraged to review Sport New Zealand’s Coaches' code of ethics to understand their responsibilities and uphold the values of the game.
